Integration Chancen Diversity 360° Support
The initials spell out the name: Integration, Chancen, Diversity, 360 Grad, Support — German for integration, opportunities, diversity, 360 degrees, support.
A letter from a public office that nobody understands. An appointment you would rather not go to alone. An application you give up on at page three. That is exactly where we start — we explain, we fill it in with you, we come along, and we stay with it until the matter is settled.
This is what we do for you
Public offices, applications and decisions
- We fill in forms and applications together with you
- We explain what your official decision says — and by when you have to reply
- We come to the appointment with you: Jobcenter, social services, pension insurance
- We help you sort and prepare your papers
Benefits you are entitled to
- We go through with you which social benefits you may qualify for
- Housing benefit, child supplement, additional needs, education and participation, reduced-earning-capacity pension
- We work through your monthly outgoings with you
- We show you free and reduced-price options: food banks, clothing stores, furniture exchanges
Language
- We translate your post and everyday paperwork
- We interpret at appointments with authorities and doctors
- We telephone offices and service providers when that is hard for you
- Language courses and help with applications on the internet
Everything around daily life
- Accompaniment when shopping, at the pharmacy, at medical and therapy appointments
- Finding your way around the bus and train network
- Practical help in the household and with childcare
- Conversation when it gets too quiet on your own — someone who listens

What we are not allowed to do
We are not a law firm, not a tax practice and not a doctor's surgery. Legal, tax and medical advice, certified translations and representation in court are expressly closed to us under § 3 of the statutes — there are licensed professionals for that.
What we do instead: we prepare your documents, explain to you what the matter is about, and refer you on to the right place. The association is the bridge, not the destination.
Why come to us

Self-representation is not the same as being cared for. Someone who has walked the path through offices, assessments and waiting rooms does not need it explained to them — and decides out of their own experience rather than on someone else's behalf. That the majority of the board are people with disabilities is therefore not a declaration of intent but written into the statutes. There is more about this under About us.
Taking part and supporting us
The help above costs you nothing. It is carried by membership fees, donations and by people who bring their time.
What is still missing
Work in progress
These pages exist in full in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Albanian and Bulgarian — including the statutes, the privacy policy and the withdrawal notice. For the legal texts the German version remains the binding one; each of them says so at the top. Every page now also exists in Easy Read — not yet checked. Further languages and news are still missing. We are working on it. And it still holds: write to us in your own language, we will answer in it. What has already been done for usability and what has not is set out openly on the accessibility page.
