Talk to the board — straight from your browser

You need neither a phone nor an app: a device with a microphone and an up-to-date browser are enough. The call costs you nothing beyond the internet connection you are already using.

Why we offer this

Everyone should be able to reach us free of charge – even without a phone and without phone credit. If you have internet access, you can call us from here: anonymously, because you need not give your name or a phone number, and encrypted all the way.

When you can reach us

You can call us around the clock, every day, including weekends and public holidays. Please bear with us: our team is made up of people with disabilities who work for the association as volunteers. Most of the time we are taking calls ourselves, out at appointments or resting. We therefore cannot guarantee that someone will answer at any given time; there is no entitlement to this. If you cannot reach anyone, feel free to write to us in the live chat here on the website, using the contact form or by e-mail – we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Good to know

• Your browser will ask for the microphone. Please allow it — otherwise we cannot hear you.
• The call runs only through our own server. It is not recorded and not stored.
• Whoever answers on our side sees only that someone is calling through the website, and the language of this page — no number and no name. Please tell us at the start who you are and what it is about.
• So that staff with a hearing impairment can follow too, what you say appears as text on our side during the call. If you do not speak German, our own server also translates the text into German. Neither the text nor the translation is stored.
