Ten disclosures about the association · as at 11.08.2026

Anyone acting for the common good should be able to say what they do, where the funds come from, how they are used and who decides about them. ICD360S e.V. therefore answers the ten questions of the Initiative Transparente Zivilgesellschaft.

1. Name, seat, address and year of foundation

Founded on 01.08.2025. Entered in the register of associations of Amtsgericht Memmingen under VR 201335. The complete mandatory information is in the legal notice.

2. Statutes and objectives

The statutes are on this website in full — as text to read and search, and as a certified copy in PDF form. Purpose and fields of activity are additionally described in everyday language under About us, including what the association does not do.

3. Recognition as a charitable organisation

The association is recognised by Finanzamt Neu-Ulm as serving tax-privileged purposes. Date of the decision: 01.08.2025. Tax number 151/109/20196.

Any two board members jointly represent the association (§ 8 (2) of the statutes). The highest organ is the general meeting. Board meetings and general meetings are minuted.

5. Report on activities

What the association does is set out in detail under About us: accompaniment to public authorities, language and interpreting, everyday support, education and work, help in economic hardship, and activities for living together.

The first complete activity report will be presented to the general meeting and published here afterwards. The association has existed since 01.08.2025.

6. Staffing structure

The association employs nobody. There are no full-time employees, no freelancers, no marginally employed staff and no people on a voluntary service scheme.

All activities — board work as well as accompaniment, translation and advice — are performed on an honorary basis. § 5 of the statutes provides that the offices of the association are honorary offices.

7. Sources of funds

The association's income comes from membership fees and donations. The association receives no public grants; it operates no commercial business, no special-purpose operation and no asset management within the meaning of the German Fiscal Code.

The figures are kept up to date in the open books — broken down by source and by month, without the names of members or donors.

8. Use of funds

Funds are used exclusively for the purposes laid down in the statutes (§ 3a of the statutes). Members receive no payments out of the association's funds; nobody is favoured by disproportionately high remuneration.

The expenditure side is also in the open books: broken down by category and, where it concerns material costs owed to firms and authorities, as an individual entry with date, purpose and amount.

Expenditure on help in individual cases appears there only as a category total. The reasons are given on that page — in an association of this size a single line could be attributed to the person who was helped.

9. Corporate ties to third parties

There are none. The association has no parent or subsidiary company, no supporting association, no hived-off commercial operation and no partner organisation linked to it under company law. It is legally and economically independent.

10. Major donors

There are none. No legal person has made contributions to the association — fees, payments for services, charges, project funds or donations — amounting to more than ten per cent of total annual income. There are likewise no major donations from private individuals.

Should that change, the name of the legal person will be stated here. Donations from natural persons are named only with their consent; otherwise they are disclosed as „major donations from private individuals".

What this page is not

A transparency report is not an audited annual account. What governs the finances is the cash report, which is examined by the auditors and presented to the general meeting. This page and the open books show the running position in between — voluntarily, because an association that lives on fees and donations should not wait to be asked.
