Write to the board — right here on the page

No sign-up, no app, no phone. At the start we ask whether you are a member: members identify themselves with their membership number and one code by e-mail and one by text message. Everyone else writes anonymously: we do not know who you are unless you tell us yourself.

Good to know

• We answer as soon as someone from the board is here. You can close the page: answers that arrive while you are away appear here when you come back — on this device, for up to 30 days.
• Write in your language. The board reads your message translated, and you see its answer in your language — tap “Show original” to see the original. The translation runs on our own server.
• For data protection reasons, every message is deleted 5 minutes after it has been read.
• Please do not write health data, ID or account numbers in the chat.
• With “Delete conversation” you remove everything at once. If you do not open the chat for 30 days, we delete the conversation ourselves.
