Become a member
Who can be admitted, what it costs and how it works
Members carry the association — with their fee, with their vote at the general meeting, and often with their time. We can admit any natural person aged 16 or over; anyone under 18 needs the consent of their legal guardian.
Three forms of membership
- Full membership (ordentliche Mitgliedschaft)
- Full voting rights at the general meeting.
- Supporting membership (fördernde Mitgliedschaft)
- Support without voting rights — for everyone who wants to carry the association but not to take part in its decisions.
- Honorary membership (Ehrenmitgliedschaft)
- On the proposal of the board and by resolution of the general meeting, for people who have rendered outstanding service to the association. Honorary members pay no fee and keep all the rights of full members.
The membership fee
€ 25.00 per month.
Under § 6 (4) of the statutes, reduction, deferral and waiver are all possible. If the amount is not affordable for you, simply write and tell us — informally, and without any proof at the first step. An association that supports people in economic hardship cannot let them fail at the membership fee.
⚠️ Membership fees are not donations. Under § 6 (5) of the statutes we do not issue a donation receipt for them. If you need a receipt for the tax office, please transfer that amount separately — see Donate.
How to join

Submit an application. The simplest way is
the form here — seven screens, about five
minutes, and you can stop at any point. You need no account and no
password, and you upload nothing.
Equally valid if you prefer: an informal e-mail to kontakt@icd360s.de or a letter to the address below. Please state your name, your address, your date of birth and whether you would like full or supporting membership. You may write in English — we will answer in English. - The board decides on admission (§ 6 (2)).

All three routes are equally valid: the form sends both you and us an immediate confirmation by e-mail, so you hold the same record as with a letter or your own e-mail. An application on paper remains expressly possible — nobody has to go near a computer for this.
If the application is refused
You may object to a refusal in writing within one month of receiving the decision. The next general meeting then decides finally (§ 6 (3a)). The same applies in the case of expulsion.
How membership ends
- Leaving: with three months' notice to the end of the calendar year, in writing.
- Expulsion: by resolution of the board, with the right of objection described above.
- Removal: where fees are more than six months in arrears.
- on death.
Where duties are breached, § 6 (6) also allows for milder measures: a written warning or a penalty of up to € 100. Before any measure you have 14 days to submit a written statement.
Right of withdrawal
If you enter into membership exclusively by e-mail, post or telephone, we grant you a precautionary right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The details are set out under right of withdrawal.
Your data
Members' data are processed only as far as necessary for the purposes of the association; they are passed to third parties only with express consent or where the law requires it. Ten years after membership ends, the data are deleted (§ 11 of the statutes). More in the privacy policy.
