Where the money comes from and where it goes
ICD360S e.V. discloses its income and expenditure. Not just once a year: the figures come straight from the association's bookkeeping and are kept up to date. Every version is checked by the board and expressly released before it appears here — nothing publishes itself.
The association is not obliged to do this. A registered association only has to present its finances to the general meeting and to the tax office. We do it publicly because we receive money from people who have little themselves — and anyone who pays a fee or donates should be able to see what happens to it without having to ask.
Total since founding
„Arithmetical balance" means: income minus expenditure of the recorded entries. That is not the bank balance — entries can be added later, and the bank balance also contains amounts that have not yet been allocated.

What is not here, and why
No names
Neither members nor donors appear on this page — not by name, not by membership number, not by initials. Fees and donations are shown only as a monthly total. For expenditure, the recipient is left out as a matter of principle; only what the money was spent on is visible.
Small figures are not disclosed
A monthly total that rests on a single payment is that payment. So the same rule applies as in official statistics: values resting on fewer than 5 payments are not disclosed. If that hides exactly one month, a second is hidden with it — otherwise the first could be calculated back out of the annual total.
Help in individual cases is not broken down
Under § 2 of its statutes the association also supports people in need (§ 53 AO). Such expenditure appears in the category total, but never as an individual entry with a date and a purpose. In an association of this size such a line would be attributable, and the information that someone received emergency help belongs to that person and to nobody else.
Conversely, only what by its nature goes to firms, authorities and registries is itemised — server, domain, postage, bank charges and the like. New categories automatically fall into the more reticent presentation, not the more open one.
Outstanding fees are not included
What is counted is what was paid. Arrears are receivables, not income. Exemptions and reductions under § 6 (4) of the statutes do not appear at all — not even as a count, because even that would be a statement about the economic situation of individual people.
Audit and receipts
The figures on this page do not replace an audit of the accounts. Under the statutes the accounts are audited and presented to the general meeting; the audited cash report is what counts. This page is the running view in between.
