You have an appointment at an office.
Or an appointment at the doctor.
We go there with you.
Language
You speak little German.
We translate for you.
You can write to us in your language.
We answer in your language.
Money from the state
Maybe you are entitled to money.
We look into it with you.
We help you with the application.
Everyday life
We go shopping with you.
We help with bus and train.
We listen to you.
What we are not allowed to do
Some things we are not allowed to do.
We are not lawyers.
We are not doctors.
We are not tax advisers.
But we still help you.
We tell you: you can get help there.
What does the help cost?
The help costs nothing.
You pay nothing for it.
You do not have to be a member either.
Becoming a member
A member belongs to the association.
A member may help decide.
A member pays money every month.
A member pays 25 euros a month.
This money is called: membership fee.
Do you have little money?
Then you pay less.
Some people pay nothing at all.
For example:
- You get Bürgergeld.
- You get Grundsicherung.
- You get Arbeitslosengeld.
- You get Krankengeld.
Then you pay less or nothing.
You do not have to become a member.
We help you anyway.
